It occurred to me that most of that paragraph could apply to illegal immigration or lots of other things: Do you think we are making any attempt to curb illegal immigration? We appear to be totally hell bent on the supply side but IMO we are doing NADA on the consumption side. While there is a demand there WILL be a supply and no amount of laws or enforcement or para military nazi police teams is going to change that. Our present path has created the .... the coyote gangs ... . We are doing nothing but creating a bigger mess is all I'm saying. Would legalizing be the cat's ass? I have little idea I just know what we are doing is not working even a little bit. Unlike folks in government I've learned by being in business if what your doing isn't working you need to change quickly or you won't be in business. Of course they don't face that penalty they will just raise our taxes and fees to continue to fund more and more law enforcement that won't work. It is strange to me that we don't want to give up on law enforcement as applied to murder, arson, pedophilia and car theft because we have the laws and arrest and imprison people for these things but they don't stop.
