Where do you come up with 170million shares? I have gone over the
records annd that seems way to high..
I come up with the following:

29.7 mil for TWT Series M & N
3.5 mil Series O
25 mil series Q
3 mil optioned to AIC
40 mil outstanding This includes the 897K they sold for $$ to
put in new switches etc.
1.8 mil series K (do not know the conversion rate)
Toltal 103 million ???
