Japan's "culture of responsibility" is a bit selective. Although they're good at steady incremental improvements in manufacturing, they do still stumble with larger mistakes like starting WWII and creating history's biggest property bubble. The Japanese really should hire Bill Clinton, CEO of AhFeelYourPain.Com, for some advanced lessons in the art of the heart-felt, lip-biting admission of major guilt. ;>)
