From my own point of view I feel its the blatant hypocricy of religious motivation that drives people to the left and a more secular logic. I guess logic and religion are really mutually exclusive. As to which religion is right....its kinda like two kids arguing who's got the better imaginary friend. Color me cynical....

that you find it difficult to believe that anybody acts under sincere religious motivation, AND that you don't make distinctions between religions, seems pretty justified.

I said the left today finds it hard to credit religious motivation for political acts and I haven't seen you disagree with me.
