Well what exactly do you think is coming next? Commercial.

Maybe.

My niece married into a family of some highly successful commercial RE developers from N.J who specialise in what is euphemistically called "brown field" development. Recently we went to a large party at her in-laws house ( a private Idaho if I ever did see one). The party was, of course, filled with a lot of other people in the commercial RE world. Including my other niece who works for Tishman, and of course my husband who works on nothing but commercial projects who hasn't had a full weekend off in about ten years (just a small exaggeration). Every time I got into a conversation with one of them I asked if the fallout from residential was starting to bleed over to their area and every time I got this look like I must be the dumbest person on the planet.

BTW their wine cellar, the one they put in to replace the one that was there when they bought the house, but wasn't good enough, was bigger than my entire house.
