We hashed this one out ad nauseum. Fact is Guiliani is correct--------it is not a Federal Crime. People respond to the 'sound bites' as I noted on the other thread not to the whole of the discussion. As one poster noted we can deport now. Good you are bringing that up here will be interested in the discussion. mj
