A - I never posted anything about those numbers, much less screamed. They only comment I made was when you posted, without attribution, that they were claimed to have been submitted to SPEC. B - Barcelona has about the same integer IPC and simply wipes the floor with Xeon in floating point - those numbers are a little worse than I'd hoped for in integer but far better in floating point. I never expected a 2ghz Barcelona to be significantly faster than a 3ghz Tigerton - that's very impressive and means that AMD will continue to dominate big system sales (systems like Jaguar).
