EVO respectfully requests this honorable Court for an order lifting the automatic stay so that EVO can take eviction/forcible detainer (to recover the premises) and other state court action (to recover remedies for breach of lease) against Plasticon International, Inc. Wasn't it written somewhere on the boards that Turek decorated his office and spent $10K on his desk? You'd think after all this time the landlord would be like "Hey, I know times are tough, but I have faith you'll prevail and I'll do everything I can to help you." Rather, it looks like the guy is in full panic mode. - Jeff
