maxncompany, Paramount Gold (PZG), Tara Gold (TRGD.PK) -- I believe you're correct, I've never seen anything about an option on Tara's 30% interest. There has been some speculation of whether or not Tara will be able to keep up with Paramount's cash calls for the intensive drilling campaign over this next year. If they can't keep up then they might be motivated sellers. Curious whether you or anyone has looked at Tara as an investment, and if so, what do you think about it. I believe they have some great plays going, but I can't figure out why they are so far behind in SEC filings. I believe they were once a timely filer and traded on the OTCBB, but now they are about a year behind, yet every once in a while will still file another long overdue quarterly or annual report. If Tara ever caught up with their filings, depending on what the real # of FD shares are out at this point, I would be pretty interested in buying some stock.
