Fact: Ritter was charged with a class B misdemeanor, but when the case was brought to court the judge DISMISSED the case.
Given that fact: you and all that attack Ritter on this are in smear mode.
When a court declares a case dismissed infers innocence, basically they dismiss because the judge sees there is no grounds to bring to trial.Max
