You'll really enjoy this:

bayoubuzz.com

In St. Bernard Parish, the head politico, Junior Rodriguez, is being challened for the spot by his son......Junior didn't have a clue, according to the local buzz, he was stunned. The son says they get along just fine and doesn't understand why his dad is upset.

Then there is the race to fill one of our at-large City Council seats thanks to a bribe-taking guilty plea the previous holder entered into with the Feds.

Two of the folks runing are very, very interesting. One is Kim Butler, famous for being thrown off a Juvenile Court judgeship by the Supreme Court for grossly mismanaging it. I've know her. Crooked, racist and incompetent are some of the milder things I have to say about her.

The other is Dyan French a/k/a "Mama D", a real honest to God seriously mental case who just might win. She claims the levees were intentionally blown up presumably by the white devils.

The Haitification of New Orleans continues apace.

Here's a video of Mama D testifying before Congress in a post-Katrina hearing. Stupid doesn't even begin to describe her, but she claims she was Phi Beta Kappa! She wouldn't know a college if she were shown one.

And a liar...wheeew. She can't afford glasses but she could clearly read the nameplate in front of Rep. Shays.

A must-see video:
