A solid balanced sane approach. My dad was one, my wife's dad was one, and her younger brother who is living with us for the last 20 years is one. Sometimes I just want to bury him with a hand held sledgehammer. Never allow blood kin to live in your house. It takes both to deal with the problem, if both see it as a problem. I will re read your post many times.
