Pat-- Good news on days when you post. I guess that's why we get crazy when you leave us.

IHMO, this news is hugh. Everybody tried FTTC, FTTH, FTTH, Wireless Cable. When people start touting Fiber everywhere, we call it Fiber-to-the Cowshed.

Nothing worked that was economical. Now we will have it though telephony copper.

Has anybody looked at GTEs and the RBOC stocks. The little old loyal lowly telco workers (Dilberts) with the great 401k plans don't make much money but will send our children to good schools and retire in style.
