This is apparently not affecting every user in the same way, and I suspect that you may not be seeing what I am seeing, which I reported as Arial 10pt.

Here is what I see, which works fine for my current monitor, desk and eyesight combo (enclosed in a tacky frame just to separate my view from the surrounding page).
