Comcast customer service is just plain evil, a real S&M operation. For data services, Comcast seems pretty good in customer service. Vonage's people in India gave some really bad guidance and now I will be using Ma Bell again. It is weird that they broke that company up and I am back to suckling on their tit, or Comcast's. Vonage was great when it worked...
