Time to SELL?

With a court battle looming it appears that the only sure thing is uncertainty. And that uncertainty will last as long as the case is tied up in the courts.
The best SUNW shares can do in this environment is to tread water for months/years? Who knows.
Can anyone imagine Mandarin Chinese being forced upon a billion people insteading of letting their own regional dialects flourish.
Any comments?
