Doug, Yeah, how do they compete with an 80W 3GHz QC Xeon in Q4? They don't. With that, and with the DDR2 chipset (non-FB-DIMM). FB-DIMM as the only option has been helping Opteron and hurting Woodcrest, and that Opteron advantage is going away as well... Joe
