OK, I'll give you a percentage since you insist. One hundred percent of the enemy in Iraq are al Quaeda and should be treated as such. Any who don't like that designation are welcome to get with the program and become a free society while they have a chance.

I don't know the percentage of Iraqis with electricity. Do you?
