I see those OHAQ warrants are priced as if anticipating a liquidation.

Management has some credibility issues. They signed a letter of intent at the last moment and did not disclose any details. The market is telling us that an actual close if very problematic. I doubt that the warrants will move much from their current level until the company discloses some additional information.
