Mas, AMD's super surprise golden Barc Q4 samples are only 2.5GHz @ 120W.

Meanwhile Intel readies their 45nm parts and new platforms for Q4. Including 2.66 @ 50W, and 3GHz @ 80W, with bigger caches, higher IPC, faster FSB & improved snoop filter in the 2P platform, SSE4, improved SSE engine, RDDR 2P platform, etc., etc.,

If AMD manages a 3GHz Barc in Q308, it won't matter.

Timing is everything-- how did you forget this?

All your spinning to lipstick the K10 pig is making you look crazy. Why do you have so much invested in calling a mediocre, late part a 'killer' ?
