For server benchmarks, Barcelona is looking somewhat interesting. If someone buys an 8 core box and then runs a single, single threaded application, Barcelona is not going to be a good solution.

Intel must be sweating this one. Given the scaling we've seen in the past, they'll need close to a 5ghz Penryn to match a 3ghz Barcelona. And 5ghz has been kind of a bad luck number for Intel.
