Rare, thanks for the comments. As the CP market matures this week, many banks are saying they cannot sell the paper and have to put it back on their balance sheets, freezing up liquidity. I think it's a huge snow job, as banks collude to freeze up capital to wipe out all the secondary lenders. That's fine with me in the long term and I expect the cycle is bottoming in the next week or so. The banks are smart to let yields go sky high for the CP they are putting on their own balance sheets. I think it's time to start getting constructive on the financial now that all the secondary lenders have been cut off from capital.
