PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7030,
the United States Trustee, by counsel, will take the deposition upon oral examination of James N. Turek on September 20, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in the Office of the United States Trustee, 100 E. Vine St., Suite 500, Lexington, KY 40513. James N. Turek is also required to make the following documents available to the United States Trustee at the above address on September 20, 2007 at 9:30 a.m.:

1. All Federal Income Tax returns, including all supplementary Schedules and Forms, filed by you for the calendar years 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.

2. All bank and brokerage account statements for accounts held in your name or in the name of any trust established for your benefit from January 1, 2004 to August 15, 2007.

3. To the extent not otherwise included in any prior request, all documents relating to your sale, purchase, or other transfer (including short sales and any derivative transactions) of the common or preferred stock of Plasticon International, Inc. from January 1, 2004 to August 15, 2007.

The deposition shall be conducted before an officer authorized to administer oaths by the laws of the place where the examination is held, will be made under oath, recorded by stenographic means, and used for the purpose of discovery and evidence.
