I think it is genetic. My observations of animals convince me of this. There are all variations in characteristics of people from A to Z. Bitchiness is just a control device that females use to deflect unwanted male attention, animal kingdom or human. Some people just have it turned on all the time. Getting at the bitch switch may be difficult. Perhaps SAMe or Gabapentin might help.

On the other hand some females may use it to attract male attention. Perhaps it is learned behaviour. Behaviouristic programming psyche may work.
