I agree that in many cases the problem is genetic or related to hormones. However the case to which I refer is a case of the 'General's Daughter' syndrome. No cure for that. The girls learned how to mistreat and demean others as a part of their upbringing. Kind of an out of date social order concept. But...there are lots of people walking around like that.
