Well you are wrong. Citrus fruit is good for you. You need the anti-oxidation and the fiber. Citrus won't hurt your digestion either unless you happen to have a peptic ulcer. But even then I will bet that a little fruit will make you feel better! A little food taken making you feel markedly better is a sign of an ulcer in fact.

Normally the PH of your stomach is 0. You cannot make it more acidic by eating a Ph 5.5 fruit. Your stomach is 10% hydrochloric acid. That is why it burns your throat when you throw up.

Coffee is ill advised on Carbatrol. I listed that in a contraindication. It also upsets some high BP people. Overall it is not that bad a drink taken in moderation.
