James 2:5-7 James was not a Marxist but he said the rich oppress the poor. You condone oppressing the poor in the name of Libertarianism so you are guilty of that sin. I don't recall Jesus ever saying anything nice about the rich. It has nothing to do with Marxism, socialism, or communism. It's Christianity. "But when the young man heard this statement, he went away grieving; for he was one who owned much property. And Jesus said to His disciples, "Truly I say to you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. "Again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." Matthew 19:22-24
