yes, you are right, lightly taxed,given that the right mathematical number is immediate increase of tax or right away decrease of benefits

no worries, just default, either by way of zimbabwe or by approach of argentina, but as foreigners really mostly bought T-bills in the main, the full weight of the obligations falls elsewhere, meaning on the tax you should be paying but apparently are not ... just because you are not paying does not meaning the payment is not on you.
