My money is on Gloop...and not JP Losman!! Something wicked will come, it's all a matter of time. A local developer I talked to the other day says the banks are calling him to see if he has any new biz going on and basically said their entire lending biz is in the crapper and the banks are crying for biz. Here's a good example: Credit party has run it's course. finance.yahoo.com ps...how bout that Packers D !!!
