Smitty, Great thread idea.... I was at the office, a little hung over I think and flipped on CNBC to hear about a plane just hitting the WTC. I vividly remember them saying a "small plane"...then I looked to see the whole side of the building smoking. I thought, that's a damn big ass plane, like an airliner not a little plain, shit! The hair on my neck and arms rose...a few minutes later, the other plan hit. Right then I said F them people up who did this...and the futures we're lock limit. I left at noon, got the wife and kids and was glued to TV for the next few weeks. It changed my view on life, just like most. I started getting in buff shape just in case I needed to beat some terrorists ass to death with my hands. My BIL signed back up with the Marines, helped out at the WTC cleanup then went to Iraq, but that's a whole other sad topic. It's still seems like it happened just a few weeks/months ago...yet it's been 6 years. God Bless the USA & screw you F'in terrorists.
