Housing and the coming recession... biz.yahoo.com As usual, the "expert" is calling for a 10% correction in housing prices by 2009. 10%?? TEN PERCENT?? LMAO. The spin continues in the media, kids. Let's try 50%. Yes, FIFTY PERCENT...ala Japan in the 80's/90's. TIC TOC....it's only a matter of "when" not "if".
