Many of us here see it and have debated it at length with the deflation crowd. But what to do with the worst housing bust since the great depression and the fed funds now 100 basis points over long term treasuries? Our financial institutions will be in a world of hurt with the yield curve so inverted coupled with the losses from the housing armageddon.. Then we would really have a credit crunch if this continues much longer..
