Has anybody noticed the ceo of pgri has been buying warrants and stock lately? He has amassed 1.8 million warrants over the last few weeks at prices ranging from 50 cents to 70 cents. Understand that if deal does not go through, his warrants are zero. So CEO must have a lot of confidence since has spent at least 1 million dollars. Is something cooking?
