FWIW: I sent out (faxed) a letter to Gary Kelman seeking answers to : 1 . Restrictions, conversion rate, dividends paid on Series K & Q securities. 2. Who actually recieved the Series Q stock ? 3. Is there any plans to impose a reverse split ? 4. They announced the spin-off of the MRL division .How would this effect the shareholders, would there be some form of dividend paid? 5. Do they plan on increasing the SHARES authorized for issuance from 100 million. (This came to mind after reading pg 8 of 10-q) If I recieve a response I will try to post it with letter head if I can figure out how!!! Still long on ISGI (like I have a choice)
