It would not surprise me, however, if it were the subject of a private equity deal, merger or other transaction. the only reason i am doubtful of a PE buyout is the financing for PE has gotten so dodgy. i still have a large position and love it as a long-term holding. i'd rather they don't get bought out as i doubt that would maximize long-term shareholder value.
