Smithee is the wine expert of my acquaintance. He lives right in the middle of the wine country. I know next to nothing about wine. I just remember the latitude thing from a winery visitation near Seattle when I went up to view some seedlings at a nursery.

I do remember an article about some grapes that made better wine in cool country, or something like that.

I like scotch or whiskey. I don't really drink it; just let it soak in through my tongue. Once every other day or so if I have it.
