Again, some of you folks sure have VERY SHORT memories. REALITY CHECK: EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER HAS USED THEIR HOMES AS ATM MACHINES DURING THE PAST FIVE YEARS (read: taking out their equity as fast as it bacame available to them due the housing bubble over the past five years). The result? Not many people have a whole lot, if any, equity left. Period. Game over.
