Earth to Ox...come in Ox....is there anyone there? Exactly HOW do you think this economy was in high gear during the past 5 years? Do you think money fell from the sky? Nope. Hmmmm, maybe it was all those PHAT savings accounts the people were dipping into? Nope (newsflash: The average American has had NO savings). Golly....where did all that spending come? Do you think...maybe...just maybe....the correlation of the HUGE numbers of repeat refi's in real estate during the past five years and the CASH OUT that was pulled from those refi's... had anything to do with the smoking economy? Naaaaaaah...WHAT WAS I THINKING? Come on Ox...this stuff ain't rocket science.
