Stealth Ventures Ltd. Agrees to Management Services Contract for a CBM Project in China

CALGARY, Sept. 12 /CNW/ - Stealth Ventures Ltd. (Stealth) and Golden Hill International Holdings Ltd.(Golden Hill) of Hong Kong, a private company, have reached agreement on a Management Services Contract for an early stage CBM exploration and development project in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of WesternChina. Stealth will provide expert personnel and oversight for fees and will acquire a minor equity position in Golden Hill.
Exploration permits have been issued to Xinjiang Huamei Coal Company (Huamei) covering 2,300 square kilometers of prospective CBM properties. A majority of the shares of Huamei are owned byGolden Hill.
Stealth is a Calgary-based junior oil and gas company whose expertise and focus is on unconventional gas reserves including CBM, shale gas and tight gas sand reservoirs.
