I think this is exciting news for the warrant holders. Sean Mcdevitt has provided financial guaranty to Infusystems that this deal will go through. In addition all the directors have purchased hundreds of thousands of warrants at a price of 0.70 cents. They have lot of skin in the game to ensure that the deal goes through.
