Those in the Mish camp would disagree.. Long term rates are very low for a reason. Bottom line is these are very confusing times. Pockets of incredible booms and incredible busts going on simultaneously in a stagflationary rolling depression.. Only thing certain is over the long term cycle costs of everything will be much higher.
