Yes i am worried about the tech sector as a whole, but still see some compelling stories (ie SUNW). I was buying around 30 (post split) and still hold. Valuations are in line, and I see continued demand for their servers, and thin client model. Y2K will hurt corporate IT budgets next year, so There will be some problems with the ramp...
ADBE faces some more serious issues in the next six months. The higher SG&A expenses will impact bottom line, and they are running on the continued success of their current apps, which is already discounted in the price IMO. The big new rev streams kick in for the second half of 1998, and with the market looking overall toppy to me, I prefer to stay on the sidelines for this one.
