I have mixed feelings about selling the place up there though, I'll miss it but values are up 40% since I bought and currency is up 35%..seems like I'd be a fool not to take it.

The one big pain in the ass will be the 20% withholding on cap gains, just another backwards country tax form to fill out eh? -g-
