My usage of the English language is not perfect, having recently typed exposed when I meant espoused, for example, and then getting completely turned around, ending up using the word 'to' twice in a row (to to) in a spasm of incorrect grammar. However, I try to make the attempt. One of my pet peeves is "could care less" in place of couldn't care less. That is a perfect example of the wrong usage being so pervasive that it has become an accepted expression of complete lack of interest.

I almost wrote 'wahla' just a few posts ago, having seen that in print more than once in the recent past. Not as an unwitting mistake but more as a poke at myself for using French. I figured no one would get that and assume I was an idiot (not that there's anything wrong with that) so I refrained.
