UBS starts coverage with a buy. UBS Securities said analyst Steven Ossad initiated coverage of electronics contract manufacturing company FLEXTRONICS INTERNATIONAL LTD. (up 1-5/8 to 47-5/8 at 10:12 am EDT) with a buy rating. He said the compnay was poised to join industry's top-tier players.
