This may not be a surprise to anyone but I downloaded the PUT/CALL ratio data from the CBOE, put it into a spreadsheet and ran the 10 & 60 day moving averages. The numbers line up perfectly with Bob's numbers so looks like that's where he gets his data and we can get it too without waiting for Bob.

The 60 MA remains at the record high.
