Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, yes indeed! Refi's have dried up and look what's happening! WHODATHUNKIT? Maybe that's why the FED is gonna start a prolonged RATE CUT cycle beginning on the 18th? It ain't rocket science.
