You know the CEO has to go and tell that this equipment should no go to Darfur, the buyer has to sign that it won't re-export and other kind of crap. Thus Nokia-Siemens and Ericsson run away with Alcatel-Lucent's lunch. ow imagine USD down. Foreign companies come to the US to buy US companies, just to discover, US compnaies are tools of US foreign policy. No good!
