try to have an ad run tomorrow at the same price as the Times gave to the Moveon

My wife tells me that if NYT refuses to match the price which they gave to the Moveoners, then an argument can be made that the discount was, in fact, a political contribution.

Is it OK for news outfits like NYT to make such contributions? I don't know, but it would be interesting to find out.
