I hear ya -- but there's a difference between aggressive under the existing rules and being outright fraudulent in your reporting

I do not see how it could be humanly possible for the banks to not report horrendous numbers for Q3, which raises the question of why they aren't fessing up and pre-announcing here -- IMO the bad news ain't baked in yet unless the Fed is dropping the discount rate to zero next week to make up for it
